Raiganj Institute of Inspiration & Empowerment for Livelihood Generation (RIIELG) operates as a registered non-profit autonomous society dedicated to entrepreneurship development, artisan tooling, Common Facility Centers (CFCs), and inclusive economic empowerment.
Established in 2012
Established by professionals, industry experts, academics, ex-bankers and social workers.
RIIELG was founded to address persistent market failures in rural livelihoods: lack of technical certification, inadequate machinery access, high cost of working capital from unorganized lenders, and missing direct links to high-value retail and institutional buyers.
